Veronica "Vera"DOWNINGDOWNING - VERONICA "VERA" (Nee McDonald), February 29, 2020. Suddenly at home aged 90 years. Reunited with her loving Husband John and Daughter Debbie. Devoted Mum of Tricia and Debbie (deceased). Mum in law of Terry and Pearse. Wonderful very proud Nan of John, Vicki, Dan & Alison and Nanny Noonars of Adored Great Grandaughter Antonia. Much loved Auntie of all her Nieces and Nephews. Vera will be forever loved and greatly missed by all her family and friends. Vera's funeral service will be held at SS Peter & Paul's Church Crosby on Tuesday 17th March at 12pm, followed by interment at Bootle Cemetery. Family flowers only please and donations may be sent for St Joseph's Hospice c/o Barrington's Funeral Services, 28 Crosby Road, Waterloo, L22 4QF. TEL: 0151 928 1625. Vera will be resting at Tricia's house from Friday. My wonderful Mum, my best friend. You were always there for me with advice, encouragement and support. But mostly with your unconditional love. What will I do without you? Sleep peacefully now Mum, safely back in the arms of my Dad and our Deb. I will love and miss you forever Mum, Daughter Tricia and Son-in-law Terry xx
